From pasta frolla shortcrust pastry, you can cook Italian crostata pie, tartlets or cookies. Let's see what ingredients we need:
500 grams of flour;
200 grams of powdered sugar;
250 grams of butter;
A pinch of salt.
Pour flour into a food processor first. Add oil, it should be cold. Stir until the paste looks like sand. Rub the zest of a whole lemon. Pour the flour onto the table with a slide, add sugar, lemon. Make a small depression in the flour hill and beat in the eggs. We need only the yolks. Add salt and knead the dough. Wrap the finished dough in a film, put in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Basilicata is one of those regions of Italy where the foot of a Russian-speaking tourist rarely steps. Largely guilty of its geographical location and lack of information. The Basilicata includes two provinces of Matera and Potenza. They are located between the regions of Puglia and Calabria and, as it were, sandwiched between them. The region is located in the very south of Italy near the Gulf of Taranto (Ionian Coast), and its western part is washed by the Tyrrhenian Sea.
“Worthy of the Unknown,” said one of the greatest architects of the 20th century, Le Corbusier, about Bergamo. And, indeed, in this city there are a huge number of architectural sights little studied by tourists. Perhaps this also has a share of the “guilt” of neighboring Milan, on the way to which travelers forget about everything except the Duomo, La Scala and shopping.
If you ask ten people in which country in Europe they would like to live, at least two of them will choose Italy. And this is not surprising: a mild climate, amazing cuisine and a pleasant atmosphere prevailing in every corner of the country attract many. In Italy, it seems impossible not to enjoy life. And its average duration among Italians (it is 83 years) is direct proof of this.

Along with the level of GDP, wealth and political freedoms, the level of happiness experienced by the inhabitants of the country must also be taken into account when assessing the state system.
Amazingly beautiful, with sexuality striking over the edge, unique charismatic, generously endowed with acting talent, rarely organic and successful, they caused a storm of emotions with each of their joint appearance on the screens. Apparently, the stars came together so that their acting talents began to shine even brighter only in a joint duet.
When it comes to the most popular sports in Italy, no one denies that football is rightfully the first place. And there are a number of reasons for this. The Italian national team won the world championships in 1934, 1938, 1982 and 2006. Today, it can be confidently called the second most popular national team in history.
If you ask which state is the homeland of the mafia of the first comer, then even the ignorant without much thought will give the right answer: Italy. This country can actually be called the "flower garden" of the mafia, which has become one of the favorite topics in history and cinema textbooks. This is not to say that the mafiosi did something positive and outstanding, but many still admire the unsurpassed talent of the most famous criminals, most of which, of course, have Italian roots.
